SEPARATIONS / DIVORCE

We carry out an initial assessment with you in order to agree on a strategy to effect a just and fair resolution, setting out potential costs.  We have over 20 years of experience in the area.  While we favour an amicable resolution, we do appreciate that this is not always possible at an early stage.

We strive to be sensitive to the fact that this is a very difficult and often fractious time for all parties involved and that it can be difficult to negotiate a route out of the conflict and find a way to co-parent afterwards when children are involved.

With this in mind, we are reluctant to get involved in costly and protracted correspondence unless it is with a view to progressing your case to a satisfactory conclusion. Above all our main priority is to help our clients find resolution to the situation and take all steps as are necessary to achieve this result.

WILLS

The District Courts in Ireland are empowered to deal with a number of discreet Family Law matters such as Guardianship, Maintenance, Access, Custody and domestic violence. In the family law sphere our team attends Dungarvan District Court and Lismore District.

We specialise in the areas of guardianship, maintenance, access, and custody of children.

From the outset we will map out a course of action for your case and we will explain all the steps involved and what we will be doing to help you at this time.

If you would like more information on any Family Law issues or if you would simply like to have some preliminary advice please contact us on 058 44411.

We understand that writing a will can sometimes be difficult and emotional, which is why we will always take the time to understand your wishes and needs, giving you peace of mind that your will reflects your intentions and avoids any potential future disputes.
